1. Each Thursday, from waking up to going to sleep no foods to pass your lips.
2. Juice your Body – Drink a minimum of
4 litres of fresh fruit and/or veggie juice during this time.
3. Drink herbal teas as desired
4. Juicing your Mind- Train your mind like a ninja by making it through the day. With each Thirsty Thursday Challenge, your mind will get stronger
5. Juicing your Spirit – Anytime you feel like you are going to cave in and raid the fridge. STOP .. take a breath.. and think of others and the world we live in, put your energy here. Ideas – Call your mum and tell her you love her, walk the dog, ring a friend you haven’t spoken to in ages, lie naked in the bush, pick up rubbish around the local park, you get the idea.
